Qualified & Inspired

Driven by a passion for learning I've worked on design-thinking projects to improve the experience of students, parents, and teacher's alike. I've extensively designed detailed education programs, collected and analyzed feedback to provide strategic insights to cross-functional teams and leadership, advocating for the voice of students.  Launched an international inclusion campaign resulting in retaining 95% of targeted student enrollment.

International Baccalaureate Educator

As an IB Learning Specialist I design and implement learning supports aligned with inquiry-based curriculum. Through the review of regular formative and summative data analysis and collaboration with colleagues I am able to accurately determine my students' progress. I am attracted to using technological resources to engage and individualize student learning.

Experiential Educator

Being a global oriented teacher I teach in classrooms without walls and on many continents.  Whether it be studying environmental education across a range of tropical ecosystems in Bali, Indonesia or digging a trench and building a school house in Johannesburg, South Africa, I've organized learning experiences that cultivate interdependence and interconnectedness with the natural world and a variety of peoples.

Educational leader

As an integral part of a school's instructional leadership team I've supported teachers individually, in vertical and horizontal small groups and at the school-wide level with differentiating plans for students and tracking data to determine the effectiveness of interventions. I enjoy designing, implementing and evaluating educational programs targeted to meet the needs of all students.
